Some games don't open #81

I don't know if this is related with CXPatcher, but some games don't open if you start them with the shortcut that CrossOver creates. They start only when you use Run Command.

This is my setup:

MacOS 14 Sonoma beta 3 CXPatcher 0.2.17 CrossOver 22.1.1 GPTK 1.0.2 Gstreamer installed

Are these Steam Games? Lately, there appears to be a hiccup with the latest Steam version, see here

Starting Steam games from the shortcut first starts the Steam clients and if that one gets stuck, the game won't start.

The games that don’t start with the shortcut are from GOG and I installed them with the offline installer. Even recreating the shortcut doesn’t work.

For the time being, until we find the real cause of this issue, you'll have to use the workaround we all use: right click th app icon and "run with options" no need to specify any options just run.
