Hi All,

I've prepared a printable version of this document. I found myself referencing it so frequently that I really wanted to be able to stick tabs on in, write margin notes, etc... Hopefully this is helpful to anyone else who wants to do the same.

Also of course can be just used digitally, thought it is missing a lot of hyperlinks between different sections.

Sorry if this is not an appropriate forum for this. Couldn't think of a better place though.

And here's the source Word document, since it will get out of sync with the real thing and honestly I probably won't update it.
