While the mod loader does not natively support Mac, it appears to be possible to run it via Wine, as described in this thread on the ITB discord: https://discord.com/channels/417639520507527189/1036962769217527928/1084416821681205330
Discord servers are terrible for searchability though, so it would be preferable to have this information formatted into an article in the wiki, with a link from the main readme.
