I have another idea for you guys (which could complicate things for you alot)

I love most of your icons but I had issues with the colors and
transparencies as i had to customize these to suit my map....

It would be great if you could some how incorporate functionality to Taylor
this on-line....

Ie if somehow the icon could be broken (back-end) into the tiny logo (in
monochrome and the balloon separately...
Ie so that the website could allow you to specify a color for the balloon
and they the monochrome logo would be blended into this so the effect would
be that the user could pick any logo and customise the balloon color on line!
Also if the transparency could be set also to a percentage online also this
would be awesome!!

I know its a crazy idea and one that would involve loads of work for you
but it would be a quantum leap for you cool icons to provide such flexibility!

ie. so you would have like a shopping basket type set up where you would check 
boxes
next to the icons you were interested in then ---checkout...
at which point a chart could come up with all the icons you choose...with a 
column
for colour and transparency...
this way you could change the color for any of the icon's balloons (or copy and 
paste
colors from one to another ETC) and also the transparency settings so the saved 
icons
would be optimised and no further image manipulation would be required EVEr...

Thats what I would call "dynamic icons" :)

I see what your mean, and it would be useful for some people...
The goal of the project is to share an out-of-the-box icons package you can use
without programming ability.

As you can see, for specific requests like yours, a photoshop template is 
available
and everyone can assign a different color to monochrome icon.

I can't see this project go into a dynamic direction, with only 2 people 
contributing
(Matthias and me).
Maybe if someone gives us a hand, I would consider this feature.
