Pull Request for Improved S3DIS Dataset Explanation #3

Dear Isaac,

Hope you're doing great!

I dove into your awesome PointNet article and, to wrap my head around the S3DIS dataset, I dug into your code. Took some notes and snagged screenshots for future reference.

I've put all those together in a folder, so it won't mess with your code. Added a detailed breakdown of the dataset in the readme and made a few tweaks to the code for better showcasing of the dataset bits and your partitioning method.

Give it a look, and if you reckon it could be helpful, please accept my request.
