Target altitude is not applied for sheafs #22

Whatever the altitude you set for your target - if the sheaf is something other than parallel it will think that the target is at 0m ASL. How to reproduce:

  1. Add multiple guns to the battery (I used 3)
  2. Add a target at 0m ASL
  3. Create a firemission for it with a nonstandard sheaf (not parallel)
  4. Try to make a vertical adjustment and see that nothing has changed
  5. Try to create a target with the same coordinates but different altitude (!=0), create a firemission and see that elevation and TOF are the same as in step 3

This also occurs with 1 gun. Set a target location with altitude !=0, create a firemission, select shift and your saved target, leave all fields at 0 (should be exactly the saved target with its saved altitude), end and save firemission. Open locations and observe that saved firemission is at 0m. Altitude is basically not getting saved/applied at one or more steps.
