As an administrator, I need to be able to create, list, update and delete clients in order to enable access to my application.

Details:

• We should use the existing template for crud operations. Check Sample
• We should enable editing for all attributes on clients, clientsecrets, clientcorsorigins, clientscopes
• In the list view, we should see the following columns: ClientName, ClientCorsOrigin

Acceptance criteria:

• Basic CRUD operations for client and password
• The edit view should cover the client editing and the password editing
• Deleting will show a confirmation dialog: Sunteti sigur ca doriti sa stergeti aceasta inregistrare?
• It will be based on the existing Sample example for CRUD operations
• I should be able to connect an existing application to the Portal app. Ex: voluntari.ithub.gov.ro
