:rotating_light: game Tracks is broken for me.

:running: Any additional details can go here! Tried to install the game a few weeks back, seemed to hang on the "Installing Unreal Engine". Eventually it 'completed' try to launch and it sits on the unreal engine part again. Now I can't seem to update windows, uninstall or reinstall .Net, repair office. Etc. Issues with the MSI, something about 32 vs 64bit. Seems almost like the 32 bit MSI was copied onto the 64 bit file? or something.

Hey,

This looks like an issue with your windows install - I'd recommend looking for a "Windows Updated fixer" from Microsoft.

Looking at the logs, the Unreal Engine 4 prereqs failed to install with exit code 1601, which means Windows Installer could not be accessed when attempting to install various programs. It sounds like your Windows is not currently able to install anything, I'd fix that first, and then the game should start working.

(In the logs, the game fails to start with exit code "0xC0000135L", which means it didn't find a DLL - that's not surprising if the UE4 redist couldn't install!)

Re 32 vs 64-bit, what makes you say that? I didn't see anything about it on the logs.
