Extend and document WYSIWYG keyboard shortcuts

Please add more keyboard shortcuts to the WYSIWYG editor. This would be helpful for users who cannot access its toolbar.

The existing shortcuts appear to be undocumented. Here's a list of shortcuts I've found:

• Bold (Ctrl+B)
• Italic (Ctrl+I)
• Superscript (Ctrl+H)
• Subscript (Ctrl+L)
• Insert Link (Ctrl+K)
• Insert Numbered List (Ctrl+Shift+7)
• Insert Unordered List (Ctrl+Shift+8)

Additional shortcuts could reflect the Google Docs keyboard shortcuts. For example:

• Apply paragraph style (Ctrl+Alt+0)
• Apply heading style (Ctrl+Alt+[1-6])
• Left align (Ctrl+Shift+L)
• Center align (Ctrl+Shift+E)
• Right align (Ctrl+Shift+R)

Here are some others that I think would be useful:

• Toggle HTML editing mode (Alt+H)
• Shortcuts for inserting and editing tables
• Shortcuts for navigating the document (e.g. next/previous headings)

A lot of these could be solved by supporting Markdown in more editors. Please see #677.

We currently use a third party rich text editor https://imperavi.com/redactor (but an older version)

It's possible future versions have exposed more shortcuts, but we're also to looking into updating our configuration with new shortcuts.

Thanks for the response! It appears that the latest version of Redactor supports many of the shortcuts I suggested. Perhaps upgrading will help make it easier. It might also be useful to list these shortcuts on your Getting Started page. If you upgrade to the latest version, then perhaps linking directly to their documentation would suffice.
