RSS feed for devlogs need a relevant title, and should be linked on the devlog page. #1112

At the moment the RSS feeds for devlogs are only titled 'itch.io', which isn't very useful.

[name of software] devlog would be much better.

The feeds also seem to only be accessible from the page of the software they are for, and not from the actual devlog page.
