Allow webhooks for sales/various events #118

Basically, on certain events (sold item, whatever else after some point), let users configure an endpoint where itch.io makes a request with the relevant info, delayed, with retries.

(Ensure HTTPS?)

I livestream development of games over twitch, if this would allow me as a developer to create pop ups/notifications when somebody purchases one of my games / pays above zero for a free game in a similar style to what many twitch users use for on stream donation notifications then this would be fantastic as I could thank those customers/supporters in real time, and they're getting more out of it than they would via straight up 'donations'.
