No confirmation when removing a submission from a jam #1340

If a user has submitted a game to a jam, and then clicks "Remove this submission" on their submission page (e.g. https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-jam-2022/rate/1622537 ) the game is instantly removed without a confirmation. A "are you sure?" prompt would massively help mis-clicks.

Thanks for the heads-up. This appears to be a regression as I believe we used to have a confirmation there. I'll get out a fix ASAP.
