the URL unsubscribe links seam to be broken. #1587

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. The URL to a game I no longer would like to subscribe to gives me an error that says they can no longer find my page. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://itch.io/unsubscribe-account/hhLj8fwU8UWPRJGQs3wL6s1GVxsuJVxEUrdZxFoTLCo3FhsTxbRyPUGuYyAUqLcqWxxcT73X6cjWuisT8GcRSrmuKZr2brp
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to the heading that says We couldn't find your page
  4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I should be able to unsubscribe. Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. I've unsubscribed using an account, I believe what's happened is the email is now gone so the page throws up an error.

I've made another github request about this along with contacting your staff multiple times now. If you'd like my email address for my former account; please let me know ASAP.

I'm going to have to mark the emails as junk now and I don't want to do that.

The fact that no ich.io staff have responded to anything I've put out, apart from two responses from one person where I thought i was getting somewhere and they then just stopped, is disgusting and as a company you should be ashamed.

Even a, we've seen your comment and are working on this would be fine but this has been 2 github requests, 2 or 3 emails, and me checking twitter to write to you only to find I can't.

Oh and I just remembered, I also had to use another account to open a forum request with no results.

I'll probably buy from your platform again but I will not be making another account if I can help it, this behaviour is appalling.

I really hope for your sake that things change.
