I often search multiple words on the forum such as hover screenshot, but it almost always fail because default search mode is “Exact Phrase” as searching with double quotes on a search engine.
Describe the solution you'd like
Make “All words” the default search mode, instead of “Exact Phrase”.
User could always switch to Exact Phrase, or use the classic approach of surrounding words with double quotes to force exact match: "hover screenshot"
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not much for "All words", alternatives are more about Exact Phrase vs double quotes.
Additional context
I use forum search a lot to find existing issues, so if I forget to use All words I may open a duplicate thread.
