Bug: @ in URLs parsed badly in Jam submission field #1612

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. @ in URLs is not handled correctly.

Mastodon: https://domain.tld/@username is display as Mastodon: &lt;a rel='nofollow noopener' referrerpolicy='origin' href='<a href="mailto:https://domain.tld/@username" rel="nofollow noopener" referrerpolicy="origin">https://domain.tld/@username</a>'<a href="[mailto:>https://domain.tld/@username](mailto:%3Ehttps://domain.tld/@username)" rel="nofollow noopener" referrerpolicy="origin">&gt;https://domain.tld/@username</a>&lt;/a&gt;

Describe the solution you'd like https://domain.tld/@username should be treated as a https link, there should be no hallucinated escaped HTML
