When a player report a jam submission, a report is created in the Moderation tool, but no notification is sent to the organiser (either on itch or via email). It makes moderation frustrating for both the player sending the report (being unheard) and the organiser (not realising there is a report).

Create a notification for the organiser when a report is created.
