Make IRC links clickable #440

Hello.

All URLs automatically generate a clickable link. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with IRC links. :-(

Example on this page: check : https://openra.itch.io/openra

IRC channel: irc://chat.freenode.net/openra (live chat)

While it would be nice if it worked automatically, I guess you could just make it a URL explicitly using the "Insert Link" action for now?
