User story: I don't know what I want to play today, JRPGs or shooters. Can I browse with a "jrpg (tag) OR shooter (genre)" filter? Using the client is preferred, but URL hacks on the website are fine.

Note:

This suggestion is for an inclusive OR not an exclusive XOR.
This is an elaboration on #738 for cases where a few ORs make a simpler query than multiple NOT ANDs
