Publish game when submitting to a jam #884

When submitting a game that's not set to "Public" to a game jam, itch should let you know it's not public, and let you publish it then and there.

Probably just add a checkbox in the submission dialog. "Make game public when submitting?"

Source: Had to help lots of people submitting to the GMTK jam because their submitted games were drafts.

Thanks for the feedback, I think that dialog can be improved significantly. Additionally, we can make it more clear that a page is in draft on the projects page. If you have any other feedback from helping people with GMTK please tell me

@leafo Great! Another small thing people got confused by was that they hadn't created an itch project before submission time, so they clicked "Submit your project" and then "Upload game".

I've never used this functionality myself, so I don't really have any suggestions or concrete problems, but I see that it says "After creating a game you should come back to this page to finish the submission process." Not sure if that's needed or not, and I think the worst thing that happened was that people submitted their games but didn't think they were submitted, but it did create some noise, and I think lots of these people creating projects from the "Upload game" dialog also didn't understand that they needed to make the games public.

Not a huge problem, but in a 48h jam with thousands of people, there was a bit of confusion.

Apart from that, itch.io went down for a few seconds just at the submission time, hehe. You probably have logs from that. It took submissions like a champ right until the end, when it had a few problems.
