[Request] Download Only - Don't Install #2974

I would like an option to just download the game file, not to install it.

But why? Doesn't installing just mean copying the files somewhere (and making them executable or such things)? Just curious.

Sometimes that's true, but other times, creating shortcuts, making registry entries, etc it's not.

In my case, I like to have offline installers stored locally.
