add openal to prereq list #3013

reading the prerequisite page, i couldn't find OpenAL as a dependency that i can list in the manifest. shipping the OpenAl32.dll to everyone is kinda not ideal.

wait... i just installed butler and it says openal-1.1 is an available prereq. im guessing the documentation wasn't updated? https://itch.io/docs/itch/integrating/prereqs/
