Record audio straight from discord and have it give you the audio file afterwards

  1. Join a voice channel
  2. $c record
  3. Comrade joins and starts recording
  4. You speak
  5. Comrade records the audio
  6. You disconnect
  7. Comrade sends the audio file in the channel
