Fix and improve English in docs #140

Fix English mistakes, e.g.,

"this application download"

is changed to:

"this application *will* download"

Also, in some cases, just be more clear, e.g.,

"to disable this option *from* the argument"

is changed to:

"to disable this option *with* the argument"

I also saw that the Oxford comma was used in one place in the docs, so went ahead and added it to a section I was working on.
