Add supported calendar types to README #169

I have gathered, through reading issues and a lack of any documentation for something beyond Google calendar, that this application is only useful for interacting with Google calendar. Could you please either make this clear in the README or add the various support calendar standards this project supports and some hints as to where the relevant information for setting up these non-Google calendar standards lives?
