Extra data #19

@Mike-Garratt - in addition to our Main data, we have the 'Matching' and 'Rodent' datasets, currently, these are not discussed in the MS. What do you want to do with them? - just leave in the supplementary information and put some description and explanation there (as you know, I am all for comprehensive reporting and these extra analyses may pre-empt some reviewer comments).

Hi @itchyshin . Yes that sounds like a great idea. I can try and slip in a comment about them in the actual manuscript too.

I've made some progress today but I still need several days to get this done - working a few hours a day - but I will get there.

What takes most is putting all the code into a publishable format - I will turn this into a webpage.

I have not done a lot on the text yet but it is coming

Thanks @itchyshin , really appreciate all your work on this. I was going to look at prepping all the data extraction and synthesis stuff so that it's ready to go. Hopefully we are getting close!
