Firstly I would like to thank you guys for creating this package, I find orchard plots to be prettier and superior to forest plots in many ways.
Issue:
It would be nice to include the possibility to easily colour the fruits by group directly in the orchard_plot function, preferably by calling upon a column in the data used to create the model using e.g. colour = english$StudyNo instead of a row in the metafor object list. This would nicely visualise clusters of data in hierarchical models.
This is the first time i've reported an issue in GitHub, so I apologise if i've missed to include something. Please feel free to tell me if that is the case.
