This may be an inappropriate question and out of the scope of this package, but I thought I'd ask if there is an implemented solution for back transformation.
I am attempting to back transform effect estimates for the orchard plot.
I have >200 studies included in meta analysis of proportions, and the orchard plot looks like an ideal way to visualize our results. A Freeman-Tukey double arcsine transformation was done, and I cannot figure out a clean way to have the back-transformed pooled-estimates into orchard plot. This is might be a metafor issue, but I am not sure if there is a way to specify transformations in orchard plot.
Please let me know if there is an implementation or if you know of a clean solution.
