@roseodea I just approved merging. Now I really understand why comments for commit is actually quite important (if you are working by yourself, comments are not so important as you hardly ever go back and forth). This is so cool!

@daniel1noble - I told Rose but I have got someone to write for me a function which does marginalized means - we always dreamed of - we are going to test this and implement this. We should really implement marginalised means for orchard_plot as well. This will be extremely useful and we go beyond univariate models - we could always estimate categorical means from the full or best models. More later (today I learnt there are two kinds of marginalised means - ordinary and estimated marginalised means!)
