No media portal on XBMC under Windows Vista #145

1. Error: Cannot open file.

2. Clicking on media portal link in Navi-X times out and doesn't open portal.

3. Should see icons for media portal.  Instead, I receive an error.

4. Version is 3.7.5.

5. Running under XBMC Eden final on Windows Vista.

6. Re-installation of Navi-X doesn't fix the problem.
