Compatibility and visibility problems on Win 10 #72

I tried running the latest version of OTA tool from my Windows 10 Home version 1909 image Using the compatiblity feature to get it to run in Win8 mode I get: image Can anybody advise what other software i need to make this run?

OK. So it turns out that you can't just download the tool, you need to download the whole zip file and unzip all the directories. Not hard but not obvious.
