Added enhancement:

To ensure that something is "always happening" on the site, rerun old competitions in the system. I'm guessing that VODs would need to be linked in the system and put into a playlist that would autorun on loading the page (unless there was a live match happening at the moment, which would supersede). We'd probably want something to designate whether the matches were live or previously recorded.
