Missing tooltip resource for "ReviewTableView.action.toolTip.goto" #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into "Review" perspective
2. Create a review entry for a source code line
3. Hover the mouse in the "Review Editor" view over the icon that points to
a point in a source file.  The tooltip says
"ReviewTableView.action.toolTip.goto"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be a human readable string that describes the action on the icon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.5.1, WinXP.

Which Eclipse bundle do you have?
A. Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers
