2 years ago First attempt at making this pancake recipe:
Ingredients
- 65gr of Oat flour
- 20gr of Carob (Alfarroba) flour
- 180 gr of baked pumpkin I used canned pumpkin and it worked well.
- 130 gr of water
- cinnamon used half tea spoon
- 1 tsp of ~baking soda~ It had a strong baking soda taste, so try baking powder next time I also added a couple drops of lime juice
Ingredients
Instructions Mix pumpkin with water. Add the rest of the ingredients until it's a a homogeneous mixture.
