Cloth diapers section

This PR adds a readme to answer:

• The basics of #28 on which diapers and which and a bit about the ones we use
• The wash routine discussed in #27

These are initial notes and need to be updated but wanted to get this in as a start.

I see this has been assigned to me and is awaiting review. I just finished reading all the issues attached to this section. Let me know what you would like me to do next. I'm happy to help research Flushable Diaper Liners if that's what you guys have decided from the 💩 issue lol 😃

@iteles quite keen to have a well-defined (written and ideally printed+laminated) system for diapers before #2 arrives in less than 2 months time. ⏳ This PR would be the first step in setting up that system. Please review my comments and if you don't agree with any of them just hit the Resolve conversation button. I won't be offended. I just want this to be done so that we can build upon it. Thanks! 🙏
