I was thinking that in the future we could also use ingredients as a filtering mechanism. This would be VERY useful for those weeks when we feel like using up JUST the ingredients we already have in the pantry before going grocery shopping for fresh food. I do this every month, I hate seeing old food piling up in my cabinets 😆

I was thinking that instead of

• [x] "Egg Replacement time (since it usually takes at least 15 min for flaxseed/chia seed eggs)" We could use
  • [x] Soaking time This could not only be used for egg replacement but also other ingredients that require soaking such as nuts, grains, and legumes.

I love the 'family friendly' label and could see us using that a lot as the kids grow up.

I also really miss the Harvard plate info: protein, vegetable, fruit, grains or oils and I wonder if it would be good to add these as labels for quick searching? You can combine labels so I could look for vegan protein for example.

We could even make them all the same colour and preface them with an * so we don't have to go hunting in the labels for them.
