I cut them into small florets and had to use 4 eggs instead of 2. No salt.
@Stephanymtr thanks for updating. 👍 Next time you have a bit of "child-free time" please make a checklist of what is required to take excellent food photos that can be used in online content. 🙏
@nelsonic The photo above was just a quick snap to show Ines how far I had gotten - I was making other meals simultaneously that same day. I was in a rush as my priority was to make sure it was all going to be ready by the time A got home from LIS. I know how to take better photos for sure 😃 I will still look up how to take excellent photos for your online content, but I'd appreciate to know when that's expected for me to do.
A found these a little dry and consequently could only manage a few at a time (4 in a meal for example).
I, on the other hand, absolute LOVED them. They make the perfect complement to a salad and I discovered they were the tastiest when they were reheated in the press toaster, therefore retaining their crispy outside. YUM.
However, @Stephanymtr am I right in thinking these took a VERY long time to make?
I cut them into smaller florets that what the recipe suggests, so yes, it did take a long time to make them.
