What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Flitting, Accelerated Flight and finally Moonlight to true
2. Whilst ingame Filir will cast Flitting/Accelerated flight and stops using
Moonlight
What is the expected outcome? What do you see instead?
Filir can use both buffs at once and still use its attack skill Moonlight as
well but currently if you set either buff to true Filir will no longer cast
Moonlight, If you find someone with a Filir you can prove that it can use all
three by either having Moonlight autocast on and manually pressing the buff
buttons or having everything set to false and manually casting all three
