Open file #1521

Currently statecharts must be part of a project in order to open and simulate it.

Also support opening, editing and simulation of model files from some location in file system.This is especially useful when users share models.

Implementing this feature would have major impact on the existing implementation. So a detailed analysis of what has to be done is required.
