Feature request: State/Region exclusion #274

When using IAR's visualSTATE, I have appreciated the tool's feature that allows states and regions to be marked for "exclusion" as if the marked state or region is not part of the model. At the time of code generation, validation, or verification, one can choose to include the states and regions that are marked for exclusion, which is useful for application configuration and enabling debug states or regions.

That is a good feature idea. We will schedule it for milestone 24 (Q2 2016).
