Add information on YAKINDU Labs contents to user doc #2818

Currently there is no information on which features are available in the YAKINDU Labs repository, and how to install them.

We have a bunch of code generators there and we should let the people know this.

Suggestion is to add a user doc topic on YAKINDU Labs, with short description on how to install the features, a short feature description and links to corresponding blog posts.

In the already released blogposts, we should add a link to this description page.
