Simulation view is sometimes one cycle behind #3043

Can be reproduced only the first time a simulation runs, terminate and re-run solves the issue so far.

Observed on 4.0 Beta.

Seems to be a bug in the Refresher of the simulation view. Clicking into the value field reveals the correct number.
