Allow Grafana dashboard to display user-defined set of versions #1522

Currently, the Grafana dashboard is designed to display all versions of a particular metric. Ideally, the user can also have the ability to select which versions to display as well.

Checkboxes to select versions
Metrics server might need some changes
- Grafana payload might need a dedicated field with a list of all versions
- GET endpoint with selected versions as query string/payload

I think this is a nice to have but not essential.
