Hi!

Thank you for opening this ticket. Unfortunately we cannot setup this Pharmacy properly as only 7 sensors were installed from a total of 15.

Also, I would like to point out that IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to follow the floorplan we send you for every installation. We indicate a number for each sensor to install for every pharmacy and floor plan. You must respect those numbers (for example in the case of DES CARMES 1 to 15). This is very important for the heat mapping. In most cases it is respected but not all the time and this is why some Pharmacies still don't have heat mapping ready.

Please see the pictures below as an example, CAM-7 and CAM-6 are wrong numbers shall go from 10 to 13 in the correct order. Once more, please make sure when you install a sensor please name it properly in the dashboard as indicated on the floor plan , this will make the workflow smoother.

thanks I transferred your messages to Laurent and Dimitri for their information. about the current Data, as they are only measuring footfall and POS, why can't we use them ? please explain

@pharmaflix You are free to use the footfall data, but for the POS data are irrelevant as we can't monitor all POS in the current state. Please check the floorplan and the actual installation you have it all there. Thank you
