We agreed on starting with custom reporting using the existing template with the following updates:

include avg. ueue size
include avg. serve time
use heatmap instead of local/regional comparison
place month in the top left
add comment at the bottom about the month which is being compared
re-arange the numbers so that the customer journey is followed
