I have asked our tester to check again. Can you tell us if the device is connected to light switch? (We need to know if the devices is restarted on a daily basis or not). Another option would be to try another device do you have any available in stock? If not we will send it. Thank you (Sorry I can't do more from my side, seems to be a technical pb)

Hi @pharmaflix, maybe we could add Laurent here, it's up to you of course.

I have asked our tester today to check again, here is his comment, the issue could come from bad connection to the power adaptor or an issue with the power socket.

"it will help only if i could connect to the device remotely, which isn't this case, i think, that the problem is bad power connection in both cases" (He is speaking about sensor 5600 "Cam-9 - ROUGET DE L'ISLE" and 5579 "Cam-4 - Fourche") https://app.vividi.io/organizations/86/devices/5579?search=5579 https://app.vividi.io/organizations/86/devices/5600?search=5600

Testing it could be a good first step too, cause those device worked well in the past. If you can please also send me the credentials for the wifi of those pharmacies, thank you

Yes, it's connected to light switch, all the sensors are connected to light switch in these pharmacies.

We are waiting to receive new sensors to change it.

Quick Update: Still awaiting sensor to change it as per the last mention from PX
