GONCOURT - POS Data to be adjusted #5

GH (01/11) : TO BE CHECKED BY VIVIDI : On Vividi dashboard for 31/10, pipe conversion is 3555>435>430>209 (!!). Same on 20/10 (etc.). On our transactional tool we have 440 customers registered for 31/10, 368 for 26/10, 317 for 20/10 .... average 358 customers everyday in Oct 22.

After examining the setup in more detail:

  1. footfall looks good after the latest adjustment
  2. PoS 7 (Goncourt Cam 8) is set-up nicely (the PoS can catch a little bit of the traffic from behind the counter but given the numbers - #sales too low - that wount be an issue)
  3. PoSs 1,2,3 (Goncourt Cam 4) are poorly visible since a] the rightmost PoS is fairly far from the sensor b] the view is occluded with the sign and the pillar on the right

To elucidate the issue a little bit more - a person moving in the view is counted as a "PoS interaction" as long as his or her trajectory i] starts outside of the PoS zone ii] enters the PoS zone at some point iii] stays in the PoS zone for at least 10 seconds

I believe that we the last condition may not be reached for a number o people who are occluded by the sign such as this short (2-second) trajectory from today. image

I would suggest adding a sensor dedicated to monitoring the PoS 1/2/3 (or at least two of them).

I am following up with the latest update from @blazekadam. On 24/11 he met with Laurent and gave an extra sensor (free) to better cover the GONCOURT POS.

Please kindly update us when you plan to install this sensor. We believe data will be 99% accurate then. Thank you
