GH (14/11) : People cannot enter more on the left for CAM 2 as there is a permanent PLV material blocking the poeple from entering more. HOWEVER, after discussion with the pharmacy's team, they told me that they move A LOT in the pharmacy due to contantly receiving deliveries and helping customers to find the products (international and hurry customers due to airport location) - can you do someting to arrange the indoor footfall ?

  1. footfall data may be incomplete (there can be a blind-spot on the left bottom corner)
  2. PoS 2 could have been misconfigured, zone defined in cam 3 (better angle) rather than cam 4

After recalculation the number of PoS interactions is even higher suggesting that the footfall number is indeed incorrect Pour activer la compatibilité avec le lecteur d'écran, appuyez sur Ctrl+Alt+Z Pour connaître les raccourcis clavier, appuyez sur Ctrl+barre oblique

By indoor footfall do you mean POS interaction or Footfall at the entrance? Thank you

@JulienVividi please check with @blazekadam but I think that from the context "footfall" refers to the entrance

Hi again, if your unique point here is " they told me that they move A LOT in the pharmacy due to contantly receiving deliveries and helping customers to find the products" there is nothing we can do for now.

As soon as we can exclude employees that will help, but for now the footfall from the entrance seems ok.

I still suspect that we may have a blind spot on the said cam. I will try to capture a snapshot and provide more details.

As for the "indoor footfall"... we may place a boundary to count the number of people crossing anywhere we wish. Any particular pace to place it? @pharmaflix

On 24/11 Adam was in Paris for a day and met with Laurent. They discussed this matter and Adam informed me that the necessary modifications were discussed. Please update us know when the CAM-1 and CAM-2 can be re-adjusted to cover the whole entrance
