As I remember, we had already this issue when we did the installation, we did the correction but I do not understand why again, so I think we should change it

Hi Laurent. The info I have is that this devices is working the issue was at the installation someone forgot to "assign" the device to this pharmacy. We can't help as we don't know the ID number which is on the device. If you can give me the device ID I will see what I can do. Thank you for your effort.

Hi, as mentioned in my last comment we can fix it from here could you please tell us the ID number which is on the device? (or maybe you saved it during the installation?) Thank you in advance
