I dont think this has been mentioned before, though would it be possible to get Cyberduck to generate small applescripts/apps as bookmarks? The bookmarks would basically be bookmarks, but when files are dragged on to them, Cyberduck would upload the files.

Just an idea.

See the Upload Sample.scpt. It is a folder action.
