Update to use `dvc.api.params_show` #125

Would that package need DVC as a dependency to collect the parameters for each stage?

Edit: I think it's fine if we don't want to put it here. Just clarifying the question about separating the method from DVC.

Overall, can this kind of API be a separate package?

I think it won't change much as it would require dvc.
